We will arrive on time and greet your client in the driveway. We begin right there by explaining the inspection process to your client. To reassure the buyer, we invite them to take part in the inspection. This means they can see “first hand” and gain a better understanding of the home that they are purchasing. Then we continue - providing a thorough and accurate inspection. All the while maintaining a professional presentation of the findings as the client accompanies us throughout the inspection.
Upon completion of the inspection we will sit with the client and you, to answer any questions and explain the electronic inspection report before we deliver it to the client. (You are welcome on the inspection and to a copy of the report, with clients approval)
Our goal is to leave you with an even more satisfied buyer, while at the same time providing you with the protection of disclosure. Your client will have a complete inspection that will provide them with peace of mind and a safer home for their family. We are fully insured and our insurance even covers you for recommending us.
