- Wells : We provide well inspections to satisfy the requirements of lenders.
- Septic systems : We use "pick and shovel" methods. That means we dig up and expose the tank access lid. Then we measure tank content levels, to determine if they are within acceptable parameters.
- Drainfields : If home is unoccupied, we will stay and spend hours running water in an effort to provide a better stress test.
If home is occupied, (meaning it has normal daily stress from use) this amount of water running isn't always necessary for us to be able to make a good assessment. We do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
Due to our desire to get you the best assessment, we may decide - on the spot - to take additional steps.
